   As can be seen from the photographs, Hermus is a complete project both internally and externally. She does, however, offer space below decks for two good sized bedrooms, a snug and a family bathroom, with good headroom throughout.
   Although the hull is steel the super structure is wooden, and can be extended to create a good sized open plan kitchen/lounge area, with space for a small decking area.
  Although originally built as a cruising boat, Hermus had her engines removed some time ago and is no ready for somebody to convert into a good sized static home.
  The main value of Hermes is obviously in her mooring, it's residential status enabling you the opportunity to live securely within a marina and create an affordable home. Hermus is priced to sell and takes into account the residential status of the mooring as well as the size of the project.
