   Entry is via the former wheelhouse, now serving as a bright and welcoming entrance. A wooden staircase leads down to the main living area, a wonderfully inviting space combining lounge, dining, and kitchen in an open-plan layout.

   The lounge is warm and welcoming, featuring a multi-fuel stove that provides efficient heating throughout the year, complemented by bespoke radiators in the living area and bathroom.

   The kitchen offers generous workspace and storage, fitted with an LPG cooker, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. Above the kitchen, a mezzanine sleeping area provides additional accommodation for guests.

   A door from the living space leads to a utility area housing the LPG boiler and washing machine, followed by a beautifully fitted bathroom with free-standing bath, separate shower, toilet, and hand basin.

   Forward of the living area is a guest WC with hand basin, and the main double bedroom, a comfortable retreat with excellent built-in storage.
