Premier Houseboats are delighted to present Téa, an extraordinary 100ft × 25ft former East German naval tug, now converted into a spacious and highly individual floating home.

Built in 1958 by Peene-Werft Wolgast and refitted in 2020, Téa combines remarkable maritime history with substantial residential accommodation. With three cabins, multiple living areas, extensive deck space and considerable potential for further conversion, she offers a rare opportunity to own a genuinely unique home on the water.
