Originally in service until less than two years ago, Sea Challenge II is now available due to engine issues and provides an exciting opportunity for conversion into a large static houseboat.

Set across three levels, Sea Challenge II offers generous and versatile living space that could easily be reconfigured to create a truly unique home afloat.

The top-level wheelhouse would make a stunning saloon or day lounge, providing panoramic views and access to a small outside terrace — ideal for relaxing or entertaining.

The deck level currently houses a galley kitchen, seating area, shower, and toilet.

Below deck, there are three cabins — two with double berths and one with four single berths — all featuring built-in storage.

The engine room is substantial and, if the machinery were removed, could be transformed into a large open-plan living area or additional sleeping quarters.
