Narrowboat on Residential Mooring

Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Rosa, a 60ft narrowboat offering spacious accommodation and great potential, located on a secure residential mooring. Recently taken out of the water in 2024, she has undergone significant updates including a full rewire (240V & 12V) and the installation of 14 new anodes. A recent survey is available to view.

🏠 Accommodation & Layout

Rosa offers a generous and well-planned layout, providing excellent potential to create a comfortable and characterful home afloat.

-Aft Double Cabin: A large and light-filled bedroom featuring a built-in double bed with extensive under-bed and side storage. The roof hatch will need replacing — an ideal opportunity to fit an opening skylight for additional light and ventilation.

-Bathroom: Centrally positioned, fitted with a good-sized shower cubicle, composting toilet, and hand basin.

-Galley: A spacious and practical kitchen area with ample work surface and storage, including a fridge and freezer and space for an oven. 

-Saloon: A bright and airy living space with a solid wood floor, built-in storage, and plenty of room for a log burner. Currently heated by two gas heaters, this area could easily be transformed into a warm and welcoming living area.

⚙️ Engine & Technical Details

Powered by a Lister LPWS4 (40hp) diesel engine, Rosa offers reliable performance for her size. She last cruised under her own power approximately a year ago; a service is recommended if you wish to cruise regularly.

Structurally and mechanically sound, she requires only some internal finishing and external painting to become a charming full-time or weekend home.
