   Originally constructed in 1925, Rita has benefited from a new superstructure fitted around eight years ago and is now fully insulated throughout, providing a solid foundation for conversion into a stylish and comfortable floating home.

   Rita offers an excellent amount of interior space, with superb headroom and plenty of natural light from the many windows throughout.

The current layout provides a large open area ideal for creating a spacious kitchen and lounge, with room to one side for a shower and toilet, and a large double cabin forward.

   The wheelhouse, once completed, is big enough to serve as a second lounge or day room, offering elevated views of your surroundings.

Flooring and insulation are already in place, leaving the wiring, plumbing, and decoration to be completed — allowing the new owner to finish her exactly as desired.

⚙️ Mechanical & Exterior

  Powered by a General Motors single diesel engine, which has been turned regularly but not started in recent years, Rita will require servicing before use. The wheelhouse will also need equipping should you wish to cruise her.

  Externally, Rita benefits from generous deck space on two levels, with handrails all around for safe access. She will require external painting, but the steel structure appears in very good order.
