With accommodation arranged across three levels, Rana provides the ideal canvas to create a unique and characterful family home afloat.

🏠 Accommodation and Layout

  Wheelhouse Level:At the top level, the former wheelhouse now serves as a bright and inviting sitting room, offering panoramic views and access to a small outdoor seating area – perfect for enjoying your surroundings.

  Deck Level:This level is split into two sections.

The first entryway leads to what was once the crew’s quarters, now featuring a storage area, shower room, and separate toilet.

The second entryway opens into the main living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with ample space to add another sleeping area if desired, plus further storage options.

  Below Deck Level:A wide staircase leads down to the main living quarters, where the space opens into a generous lounge featuring a multi-fuel stove and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of worktop space and storage. The kitchen includes a gas oven, fridge, and washing machine.

Forward from the kitchen lies a large double bedroom with a built-in bed and extensive storage.  A corridor runs aft from the lounge area to a bathroom area, which requires completion — the toilet is installed, and the bath (supplied) is ready for fitting. This level also houses a storage area containing the new gas combi boiler, and a second double bedroom, again with built-in bed and storage.

🌅 Exterior and Potential

  Externally, Rana offers excellent outdoor space ideal for entertaining, relaxing, or simply enjoying life by the water. While she would benefit from some aesthetic updates, structurally she is very sound, and the main conversion work has already been completed.
