   The well-appointed galley kitchen offers ample storage and work surfaces and is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, and LPG oven and hob.

   The large saloon is a warm and inviting space, furnished with two generous sofas, one of which converts to a bed. An Aarrow Ecoburn multi-fuel stove provides a cosy focal point and works alongside the full Webasto central heating system to ensure year-round comfort.

   The bathroom includes a good-sized shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin, storage, and also benefits from a washing machine and tumble dryer.

   The bedroom is fitted with a double bed and storage furniture and features a door leading out to a small private terrace, ideal for enjoying warm summer evenings.

  Large windows throughout the vessel provide excellent natural light, and there is good headroom throughout, enhancing the sense of space.

⚙️ Condition & Cruising

   The Falcon has been used almost exclusively as a static residential home. The engine has been run regularly; however, should a buyer wish to cruise, both the engine and bow thruster will require servicing. She moved to her current mooring under her own power in August 2025.
