🏠 Accommodation and Interior

  Entering at deck level, you step into a large, bright kitchen featuring an abundance of natural light from multiple large windows. The kitchen offers ample workspace and storage, a sink, and an LPG oven, creating a welcoming space for cooking and dining.

  Steps lead down to the refurbished lounge, a warm and inviting living area complete with a new multi-fuel burner and skylight for natural illumination. The space has been newly decorated with quality flooring and includes an area beneath the kitchen that could easily be adapted into a second double berth if required.

  From the lounge, a door leads to a large double bedroom, beautifully presented and offering excellent built-in storage. Beyond this lies the family bathroom, recently refitted to a high standard and featuring a double shower cubicle, hand basin, and new toilet. The bathroom also houses a new gas combi boiler, which supplies central heating and hot water, complementing the multi-fuel burner perfectly.
