Originally constructed in 1925, Apriori was thoughtfully converted in 2010 and further refitted in 2014, creating a distinctive waterside home with character, generous proportions and exciting development potential.

Stepping into the spacious lounge, you're immediately impressed by the remarkable 11-foot headroom and the abundance of natural light streaming through the large windows spanning almost the entire front elevation. This bright and welcoming living space is both practical and inviting, centred around a powerful log-burning stove with back boiler that provides efficient heating throughout the colder months. The vessel is well insulated, ensuring year-round comfort.

A central corridor leads to the generous, fitted kitchen, offering extensive work surfaces, ample storage, a gas oven and hob with extractor, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

The spacious family bathroom features a full-size bath with shower attachment, wash basin and WC.

Towards the rear of the vessel are two comfortable double bedrooms, both offering excellent proportions and plenty of natural light.

One of Apriori's most exciting features is the upper level.

A staircase from the lounge leads to a substantial loft area currently providing approximately 5 feet of headroom. At present this space is used for storage and houses the hot water tank, but it offers enormous possibilities for future development.
