Premier Houseboats has been set up to provide a friendly, professional and personal service to anyone who is thinking of living on a houseboat. We can also help people who currently lives on a houseboat and needs advice and assistance with their boat or wants to sell their boat. We can and will assist !

Sales director, Steve Sutton, is professional friendly and very capable of looking after all of your needs. Steve has previously worked for another company in the same line and has been involved in the sales and purchases of many boats.

Our office overlooks the former Hoo Marina (now Port Werburgh) and is ideally situated for the many houseboat centers along the medway estuary. However our clients are not limited to the medway area and we can assist with boat sales and purchases across the UK and further afield.

We are very busy and may be out of the office. Therefore to ensure your journey is not wasted, please contact us before starting your journey.

We may need to confirm a viewing appointment with the vessels owner with 24 hours notice, therfore its not always posible to to arrange a viewing at short notice.

From the M25 exit at Junction 2 for A2 & M2 Dover/Rochester. From Dover use the A2/M2 for Canterbury/London.

Exit the M2 at Junciton 1 for A228 to Grain.

At the first roundabout take the left exit towards Hoo St Werburgh. Follow this road over the hill (lights at top) to the roundabout at the bottom. Go straight over to the next roundabout (ignore the exit to Hoo St Werburgh to avoid sleeping policemen). At the next roundabout take the third exit to Hoo St Werburgh (Bells Lane). Follow this road to the crossroads at the bottom of Bells Lane. At the crossroads go straight over into Church Street and first left into Vicarage Lane (Just after Taggs cafe) sign posted for "Hoo Marina village".

Continue to the end of the fields take the third exit (keeping the red "Clear Image" building to your left. Continue down this lane until you see the entrance to Port Werburgh - Former Hoo Marina. Follow the road to the right and drive through the Marina. Premier Houseboats are located next to the Riverside Dinner.

How do you advertise with Premier houseboats?
